they sold me a model 30Q, Well guess what, it actually is a model 29D, WOW
EVERYTHING WAS WRONG START TO FINISH!
I purchased a motorhome from Mann's RV. I wish that I had kept looking elsewhere. What a awful experience I went through.

After it broke down 3 times during the first 3 days of ownership, it took 11 weeks for it to be repaired. Yes I said 11 weeks. 11 weeks for items that were due to be fixed before I took delivery!
That was 11 family weekend camping trips that were gone. I did have reservations that were forfeited because of the delays of repairs.
I purchased it on July 18 2019. I brought it back to them on July 23. I got it back on 8-23-19 NOT FIXED 4+ weeks during the summer months GONE
I took delivery of the motorhome with several items not repaired per our purchase and sale agreement. Apparently it is hard to hear a broken exhaust manifold bolt on a gm 454 Big block. it also is too hard to diagnose a malfunctioning A/C system as well.
As a matter of fact, it took 4 trips back to the repair shop that Mann's chose before the AC was fixed, I was told it is fixed, I got my motorhome back again on 11-8-2019, it was snowing, how well will the AC work at that 29 degree mark?
My brakes still have a shimmy that makes the steering column dance while you apply the brakes.
He is aware that there is not a lemon law with rv's There is still a reasonable expectation of services and goods that are being sold. This was not a reasonable transaction from start to finish.
NEED A LOAN FROM MANNS?
IT gets better, When you tell them you want a 4 year loan, they disregard that, They will write you a completely different loan, The loan guy at Mann's told me he did not see my down payment when he was processing the loan, I was sold a longer length loan that now requires gap insurance and more interest then what was agreed upon. MY loan showed no equity, which required additional insurance on the loan and fees. At the time, I had tier 1 credit, I did not need those terms. I was told we could write it again but there would be a delay. I needed to leave to Florida as soon as the motorhome was ready. That was not a option. MY loan was CHANGED Without my prior knowledge or consent.
I asked them to reimburse me for repairs No WAY says Jeff
Jeff Wozniak will not reimburse me for my outlay and loss of use. Not only did I have a mechanical nightmare, the loan was not correct, the motorhome was listed online incorrectly, and it was not repaired for 11 weeks.
3 days before I purchased this Coach, I got a call from a family member asking if I can assist on bringing him home, I could travel legally with the RV, That is the only reason I purchased it. Now imagine Breaking down 3 times during that trip, imagine no AC, the Front End shaking, the mirrors not holding adjustment, Then the generator will not run when needed. Summer trip to Florida in July.
What Went Wrong?
The serpentine belt broke, I lost my steering and brakes instantly on the highway. That took about 7 hours to clean and replace the belt, fill coolant and check it over.
I ran into rain, the 20 year old plug wires and cap were arching out, stalling the motorhome out. I Waited out the storm and continued home changing direction.
the Engine starter stopped working in PA, there was no way of getting it going, tapped on the starter, jumped it, nope, we needed a mechanic to change it in a parking lot.
Again, no Truck AC, shaking front End, I lost my front brakes, brake line blew, the mirrors would not hold adjustment, the exhaust manifold leak.
I make it back home Yay!
I bring it for a inspection sticker, it fails for basically everything. no Ebrake, no marker lights
it sits at the garage and the dealer for about 5 weeks, I gave them a ultimatum, get it back to me today or take the motorhome back, I get it at 6:30 pm. Next day I check it over, it is down 3qts of oil and the outside door trim is preventing him form closing the door in my driveway, it separated somehow.

When I parked and applied the ebrake to level it, the ebrake got stuck on again. A local person assisted. the next weekend, I started out on I90, I saw my entire bicycle rack come off the back onto the highway
I got on I 90West
I saw my entire bike rack and bikes come off the back onto the highway. the cars were dodging it left and right. I got the motorhome stopped and we ran back.
I feel soo bad for the other families behind me that had to deal with seeing that come off the back of the motorhome. not only did we scrape up our stuff off the highway, now that shit needs to go inside, we had the carpets cleaned 2 days before, broken bikes and greasy chains were now laying on the floors, Awesome. the hitch broke on the camper my rack is still attached to it.
F this, it is going back!
In early September it went back, they called me in early November, it is done, not winterized but done. I picked it up when it was snowing, I brought it back home as the steering shakes a bit and yes the brakes still have a shimmy. the motorhome developed a coolant leak, it sits until springtime and I can bring it elsewhere for proper repairs to be done.
March 2020.
I took the motorhome out of storage for the winter. I drove it to a repair shop myself this time it was fixed. calipers, rotors and pads all around. At some point a previous shop has filled the front tires with some sand. they were trying to balance the rims. I had all 6 tires dismounted, cleaned out of the sand, and rebalanced. they also replaced the AC dryer (filter) and found debris in it, there was also no gaskets between previously replaced components so the system would not have held a freon charge. The trailer hitch was taken down and welded as needed. All of their work was redone to make this disaster on wheels safe. That Bill came to $6,700.
I personally have $10,000 extra into this purchase from Manns RV.
So, why are you reading this story???
The owner of Mann's RV Jeff Wozniak does not feel that reimbursing me for 3+ months of payments, insurance, repairs and lost reservations. He was given multiple chances to work this out. that 72 hours I had the camper was horrendous and ridiculous. He told me that he would not sell this to me if they could not fix it properly. His words
this is a 100% true story.
I am voicing my story at my expense, this page is meant to be informative and truthful in every way. I even told them that if they found other items for repair I would cover it, I Needed this camper for a hospice transport, the dealership and professionalism failed me. All I asked was to be covered for the outlay and time, if I threw aggravation into the price it would have been another story.
